As a 50-year old executive, I have bought and sold many properties over the years. I can honestly say that Jessica is the only real estate adviser who I believed was always acting in my best interests. She is a skillful negotiator, a tireless worker and a pleasure to work with. Jessica was great! I was a first-time home buyer, with very specific taste and on a budget. Jessica was very knowledgeable of the Jersey City/Hoboken neighborhoods and extremely patient. We saw dozens of condos together and she helped me find the perfect home. Moreover, the closing process was  difficult because this was a short sale, and Jessica stayed involved, was very hands-on and helped alleviate a stressful situation. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Jessica was very knowledgeable in the Hoboken and Jersey City markets and very patient with us as we were admittedly pretty difficult. Albeit, she understood our needs. Jessica is really friendly and approachable, characteristics we look for in buying our first home as we were inexperienced and  naturally had a lot of questions and concerns. More importantly, I love that she built a genuine relationship with us. Though we didn't find a home at this time, we definitely look forward to buying our first home with her.
